Speaker – C.D. “Butch” Booker, Auctioneer & Owner/Managing Broker – Kincaid Real Estate
Butch is an Eastern Washington native raised on the family farm outside Connell. Butch is member of the Booker Auction Company family with a lifetime of knowledge in ag and business values, marketing and sales. Butch and his wife, Jennifer, currently live on a farm just outside Colfax with their son, Cotton, who is a student at Oklahoma State University.

For 25+ years Butch has conducted professional real estate and valued asset auctions across the country. As a nationally-recognized, international champion auction bid caller, he brings a wealth of auction experience and knowledge having conducted well over 3,500 professional auction events across the country.

Butch’s background experience begins with being raised in central Washington in a farming and auctioneering family. His passion was in the farm, ranch and equipment auction industry where he has made his career. Butch’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Washington State University is utilized to assist his clients with understanding the holistic impact of their current and future real estate/auction decisions. He understanding that location and lifestyle go hand in hand with economics when helping clients. Striving to exceed expectations, Butch has built valuable relationships with trusted professionals to assist with every step of the auction process.

Butch is a proud cattle producer and Ford enthusiast. He has served on numerous fair and junior market livestock sale committees; he loves an IPA but will never turn down a glass of red wine; has a soft-spot for his faithful dog, Sneaker; he can actually pull off Okie Orange.

She has but one goal for her partners: bring the fun while showing them the money!
