Resumé/BioTroy is a 2002 graduate of Eastern Oregon University and the World Wide College of Auctioneering. He lives in Union, Oregon where he owns and operates Hill's Auctioneering Inc. In September of 2004 he was crowned the Oregon Grand Champion Auctioneer. Also, in October of 2006 he was named the Reserve World Rookie Champion in San Diego, California.
